brick  machine,We manufacture brick machine, including to clay adobe machine and cement brick machine.

The clay adobe machine is suitable for making the brick adobe for house.
Range of materials: Clay, blackland, mixingland.
Constructure: Mixer, cutter and slicer machine, water pump.
Usement: The clay with suitable moisture go into the hopper of Mixer, then is crush down and load into clay jar, which is mixed by the screw and go forward, then is extracted one shape. The shape go forward to go into the cutter and is cut for size confirmed. The clay shape cut go into slicer machine and is cut the final clay aobe one by one. The adobe is take out by the worker for drying in the sun for the preparing of baking.
Water pump supply for lubricating water in the process in the line.
The operation is easyly master.
Installment: This line is installed on the wooden broad, also in the concrete foundation. The size of area: 1200*800*12000 mm.

It's suitable for making the cement brick without firing. Mainly use waste materials, such as coal cinder, sand, slag, cement, etc to press the cement brick. The final brick isn't fired.
It could save the clay and fuel, protect the entironment, also get more profits with the less cost for using waste materials.
